CNC means computer numerical control, this literally means a machine that responds to code, which is usually co-ordinates

The code is created by computer software and is linked directly with the cnc machine.

Depending on the complexity of the software the machine will cut whatever has been designed via cad ( computer aided design)..


		Our CNC router is used in connection with the latest sate of the art software for both staircase and bespoke joinery manufacture

The CNC allows us to precisely manufacture non standard / bespoke frames.

We can also convert most types of software produced imagery direct into our PC’s to reproduce exactly what has been designed.

We are often asked to copy existing architraves and moulding , mainly due to damage of the existing or extension work on the property.

This is easily achieved. Once the design is copied into our cad software and checked for size, we can then simply transfer the program to the cnc and manufacture the part as many times as are required.


	We can also alter photographs into line drawings, this procedure will then let us “v” engrave the line drawing into almost any piece of timber. We recently made a number of radiator cabinets with an outline drawing of the property carved in to the front panel.
